Environment-friendly
Jing Fu focuses on environmentally friendly biobased materials. PLA composite is biodegradable, compostable, non-toxic, and smelling sweet. PLA is made from plant starch, such as corns, cassava, beetroot… The carbon footprint in this industry is less than fossil plastics. Whatever plant starch or agricultural waste, they are sustainable resource. It conforms our intention of environment protection, reducing impact on ecosystem resulting from human’s consumption.
Fossil Plastic Substitute
Traditional fossil plastics have harmfully impacted on the ecosystem because of its difficulty of decomposing. However, human can’t stop using them in short order because we are used to them in our daily life. Therefore, PLA composite, one kind of biodegradable material, is an important substitute for fossil plastics. As excellent machinability and performance, PLA composite can be used widely in the manufacture, such us injection, extrusion, blow or vacuum molding etc. Jing Fu offer the alternative in the market, is willing to better our environment.
Biobased Technology
Manufactures made from fossil plastics in the ocean eventually form "plastic particles". Marine creatures absorbe them through the daily diet, and it’s easy to accumulate inside human’s body as standing at the top of the food chain. More worryingly, plastic particles have gradually invaded the water cycle of the nature. PLA products are classified as plastic classification marked on the 7th. They are biodegradable and compostable, and eventually disappear without releasing any harmful substance. As a result, Jing Fu adopt biobased technology, hoping to not only reduce the environmental load and restore the earth's ecology, but also for the next generation’s future.
Product Differentiation
In commercial point of view, Jing Fu provides product differentiation in the market, blending PLA composite with natural waste from agriculture, such as bamboo, sugarcane, tea leaves, coffee grounds, rice hull and so on. Above mentioned plant fibers are a kind of biobased dyes, according to the type of fibers, manufactures will scent corresponding aromas, such us tea or coffee aromas. Until now, successfully applying to straws, cutlery, plates and bowls… Let the public consume agricultural waste when they purchase and use these biobased products. Meanwhile, make products more marketable and featured.
